A baby loyalty card is the first emotional stimulus to create a customer relationship with the program, followed by many others. The mobile card has a detailed user experience design.

Newsletters linked to mom's emotions enhance their relationship with the program, as evidenced by recurring purchases. Customers do not worry about their personal data because they have the opportunity to see that they have been obtained with a positive intention to improve their services.
